In English we often think that a monument or sculpture of a person has been erected, in Russian the word па́мятник is followed by the dative case of the person to/for whom it was erected.

Look at the form of the last name on the right and decide whether it would follow па́мятник or дом-музе́й. The phrase дом-музе́й is typically followed by the genitive case to indicate whose house has been turned into a museum; a музе́й-уса́дьба is likewise an estate that has been turned into a museum.
